I feel that Dr. Patel does not listen to me as a patient. This is the second time I've walked away irritated by the visit. He truly isn't the best doctor I've seen.

I have had excellent video visits in the past, however this time my zoom connection was problematic and I later found out that I needed updates for the latest version of zoom.Dr Patel, his nurse and his staff were very helpful and accommodating to make certain that I had a successful visit. We were fortunate to then have telephone visit so I didn't need to reschedule the appointment.

Dehumanizing experience, Dr. Patel should not be providing care to patients. I'm not sure what his philosophy is care is but his practice was dehumanizing, angering and hurtful.

我觉得Patel博士不听我的任何东西said, as he had his head down in my papers the entire time I spoke. When I asked a question about my abnormal bloodwork he didn't answer it and said he couldn't do anything for me. He didn't run any tests to determine the cause of my illness, even though I asked him to. I did not appreciate his bedside manner, nor his incorrect explanations about my disease.

While the rest of the staff was phenomenal, Dr. Patel was not and I would not recommend him to anyone.
